General Reminders
- Phones: Please remind kids — no phones during class, we will collect and return them.
- Water Bottles: Feel free to send one! It helps cut down on hallway traffic.
- Food & Gum: Please no snacks or gum in class. Be sure they eat beforehand.
- Restroom: Use the restroom before class starts.
- Attendance: Super important, especially for kids preparing for Sacraments.
- In Case of Emergency. Site Coordinator Carol Wonrau is in the office.

Drop-Off Details
- Enter through North Doors (parking lot side). We’re using this entrance to reduce foot traffic near the street-side area.
- Check-In with Catechist: Walk your child to their classroom and check in.
- Food: Please feed your child before arrival. No food in classrooms.
- Restroom: Children should use the restroom before class begins.
- Help us out by:
- Making sure kids use the restroom before class.
- Sending a water bottle if they might get thirsty.
- Making sure they’ve eaten — food is a big distraction among peers so we don't allow it in classrooms (JH/HS have an exception after practices).
Pick-Up Plan
- Please wait in the social hall, not the hallway, to keep things quiet for classes.
- When the bell rings, feel free to go to your child’s classroom.
- Elementary students (6th grade & under) must be picked up by a parent/guardian or older sibling. Catechists have been instructed not to release them otherwise.
Behavior Challenges
Some kids have an off night, and we don’t blame them—they’re allowed to be human. If we start to see a pattern of a student being sent from class to the office for the night, we’ll need to tag you in.We simply don’t have the staff to consistently manage this need, and we’re hopeful that if we notice something your child is struggling with, you’ll be able to connect with them and help figure out what’s going on.We’ll give you a call to let you know what happened and how often, so you feel prepared to support them.Catechists Are...

Faith Formation for All Grades
Sacraments are important — but so is ongoing faith formation. We focus on the essentials like their prayer life, scripture, and Catholic identity for PreK through 12th grade. Yes, teens can be resistant — but this is when they’re forming values and identity. We’ve updated the high school program to reflect this. Please encourage them to come! Walk-ins welcome for JH/HS programs.
